All pieces available on this website are handmade using carefully selected materials. Since this is handcrafted jewelry, each piece is unique and may show slight variations inherent to manual work and natural materials.
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receiving the order to return the purchase or exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
For the return to be accepted, the piece must:
Not have been used.
Be in perfect condition.
Keep its original packaging.
To start the process, the customer must notify us in writing via the email address shown on the website, indicating the order number.
Shipping costs arising from the return are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error or defect on our side.
Once the piece has been received and its condition verified, we will issue a refund for the corresponding jewelry amount using the same payment method used for purchase. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns and withdrawal requests will not be accepted after 14 calendar days from delivery, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Made-to-order or customized pieces (including design modifications, specific measurements, or explicit stone selection) cannot be returned and are not eligible for withdrawal, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
This is because these pieces are created specifically for the customer and cannot be put back on sale.
Orders are prepared and shipped within an estimated period of X-X business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and the courier service. We are not responsible for delays attributable to the transport company, although we will always try to help resolve any issue.
The jewelry is made with natural materials and requires certain care for proper preservation. It is recommended to avoid contact with water, perfumes, creams or chemical products, as well as impacts or sudden temperature changes. Wear resulting from normal use or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Natural stones may show color variations, veining or inclusions inherent to their origin. These characteristics are part of the authenticity and beauty of each piece and are not considered defects.
